Jointly with POWERCHINA Shanghai Electric Power Engineering Co., Ltd (SEPD). and CET Electric Technology Inc. (CET), JUNAN Energy Storage has successfully developed an innovative new-generation PV-Storage-DC-Flexible Integrated System. The system integrates three core technologies: photovoltaic power generation, energy storage regulation and flexible interconnection. In the energy storage configuration of this product, the conventional lithium battery solution has been replaced with a 5kW/20kWh zinc-bromine flow battery, which fully considers the safety, service life and full-lifecycle value of energy storage applied in building scenarios.

JUNAN Energy Storage delivers in-depth empowerment for the zero-carbon campus development of Wuhan Technology and Business University, and innovatively develops a smart microgrid demonstration project. Based on the high-density power consumption characteristics of university campuses, the project constructed an integrated smart system featuring generation-grid-load-storage integration. By deploying distributed photovoltaic arrays, zinc-bromine flow battery energy storage units and an operation & monitoring platform for the smart microgrid, a closed-loop ecosystem of power generation, energy storage and power consumption is formed. Leveraging the superior high safety and long-duration energy storage performance of zinc-bromine flow batteries, the system guarantees reliable power supply for critical loads such as teaching buildings and laboratories, while greatly boosting the self-consumption rate of photovoltaic power.
